After consulting with you to understand your individual goals, we will design personalized strength and conditioning programs to help you safely enhance your performance.
We will work with you on movement skills, building strength and power, and increasing speed, agility, and aerobic fitness. We can also provide feedback on how to fuel your body and make healthy food choices — and learn how to avoid those unhealthy options that are too readily available in college cafeterias.
Our one-on-one coaching and guidance will inspire you to push yourself to reach your goals, and helps ensure you minimize the risk of injury, train efficiently, stay motivated, and continue to take full advantage of your talents and capabilities.
