Health and Wellness 12-Week Program

Nutrition is as just important as exercise in maintaining health and vitality. Learning what foods to eat – and when – to optimally fuel your body is a key component of our program. We can give you feedback on what you are eating, suggest healthy meal plans based on what you want to achieve, and provide support and coaching along the way.

We will work with you to create a customized plan for your unique situation. This will include initial baseline testing to benchmark your progress, and education on what foods to eat and what foods to eliminate, all combined with the insights and advice you need to learn new food habits.

We have found that our clients experience the physiological benefits of meal planning adaptations, including steady energy levels, a clearer head, and more easily managed cravings, which often results in feeling less hungry, less often.

Focusing on what you eat, in addition to a few bodyweight exercises, an occasional all-out sprint effort, and lots of slow, easy walking and non-exercise movement are all that is needed to improve your overall wellbeing.

After an assessment consultation, we build a customized nutrition and exercise program to help you achieve your goals.

The fee is $995.00 USD for this 12-week program that includes meal plan development and weekly video check-ins.
