James Nichols is a Certified Health and Wellness Coach through PHCI and Personal Trainer Nutrition Advisor Certified through NASM. His primary focus is building overall strength and full-body mobility through personalized creative fitness programs that support his client’s fitness and nutrition goals. As your dedicated Personal Fitness Trainer, he wants to share his passion for Healthy Living, Longevity, Mobility and Pain Free living by helping others maximize both their potential and fitness goals. We know you are busy and health can often fall to the bottom of your list. As expert coaches, our job is to help you set goals, encourage you to keep going, and motivate you to raise the bar on your journey to optimum wellness. We believe in developing holistic well-being, and we are confident our completely customized fitness programs can help you achieve the kind of results you want, by working out smarter, not harder. We want the lifestyle and wellness changes you desire to be sustainable over the long term. Our focus is on your needs and your lifestyle, and we are dedicated to assisting adults and student athletes of all levels achieve their fitness, conditioning, and weight-loss goals.

Thomas Nichols is currently a collegiate strength and conditioning coach at San Diego State University. He works with all 17 men’s and women’s varsity teams, many of which have won multiple Mountain West Conference championships. Thomas focuses on all aspects of strength training, aerobic conditioning, and anaerobic sprint training for a variety of male and female athletes. He has also worked as a personal trainer for 24 Hour Fitness, and as a private and group trainer for The Fit Lab in San Diego.Thomas has earned his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), along with a Corrective Exercise Specialist certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He received his Bachelor’s Degree from SDSU in Kinesiology, and Master’s Degree from Point Loma Nazarene University (PLNU) in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Sports Performance.
